Creamy carrot soup

Ingredients
- Carrots: 500g
- Vegetable broth: ½ cube
- Délice de Truffe: 1 tablespoon
Preparation
- Peel and chop carrots.
- Put in a saucepan with ½ cube of vegetable broth and cover with water.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Puree soup with a blender and add 1 tablespoon of Délice de Truffe.
